Poco X3 Renders and Specifications Leak; Rumoured to Launch on September 8

Poco X3 Renders. Poco has been talking to his OnePlus North competitor for some time. It has even dropped some teasers for the upcoming device that has been confirmed to be the Poco X3. While Poco is ready to announce the official release date, renders and specifications for the Poco X3 have been leaked online today.

MIUI Turkiye (via Ishan Agarwal) first announced in the now-deleted blog post that the Poco X3 will be released on September 8th. It will be next to the Pogo X2, which debuted in India earlier this year. What improvements will the Poco X3 bring to its predecessor?

First of all, it seems that the Poco X3 will not be a renamed Redmi phone like all the recently launched Poco phones. It boasts a new design (inspired by the Pogo M2 Pro) with a large camera bump at the top and huge ‘Poco’ branding at the rear. You will find a center punch-hole display on the front and a fingerprint sensor mounted on the side.

The alleged specification sheet for the Poco X3 is provided with an official look. It will be an intermediate device powered by the undeclared Snapdragon 732 chipset. This will give a slight performance to its predecessor on the Snapdragon 730G. The leak did not mention any RAM or storage options.

The Poco X3 is similar to the Poco X2, with a 6.67-inch Full-HD + LCD display with an update rate of 120 Hz. However, the dual camera punch-hole can be replaced with a 20MP selfie snapper with a single center punch-hole. The device also adds a 64MP primary sensor to the larger quad-camera lineup on the back.

Finally, the device is expected to feature a 5,160 mAh battery (according to the latest report) and 33W fast charging support. You get the same charging speed on the Poco M2 Pro. As the Poco X2 enters India, its successor will make its debut in the country. There is currently no official word on India release and pricing details. So, look for more updates.

Is Poco X3 the real OnePlus North competitor that the company speaks of? It is a sub-Rs. 20,000 Intermediate Phone. I think we will have to wait for the official release to know more about this smartphone.
